Aqua Vista Square Townhomes contains seven dwelling units in two buildings separated by a common area. The larger, easternmost building contains five dwelling units in four townhomes. Three townhomes are one dwelling unit each, with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, and a one or two-car garage. The fourth townhome in the easternmost building contains two stacked flat dwelling units. The smaller, westernmost building contains two townhome dwelling units each of which has 2 bedrooms and 1½ baths.
Amenities include a yard for each unit; and a common area consisting of a grassy area adjacent to a hardscape patio with benches, picnic tables, and a barbecue grill. On-site parking includes one space for each dwelling unit that does not have a garage plus two guest parking spaces.
AVS serves households whose annual income is at or under 80% of area median income.

AVS Units Sold Out
All seven dwelling units at AVS have been sold. The owners have elected the officers and directors of AVS Townhouse Association, Inc., which will control the project. OCV will turn over control of the Association to the new owners effective January 1, 2022.
These homes are made permanently affordable by:
- OCV selling the units at about 45-50% of their development costs.
- a limit on resale that buyers must be income-eligible and that the sale price cannot be greater than the purchase price plus 2% per year for each full year of ownership.
